Marcus Haase

Marcus has been working as a lawyer and consultant in sport and football since 2005. He was an athlete himself, knows the business of sport from all perspectives and has very good national and international contacts. Marcus is responsible for Player and Transfer Management at macospo. In particular he focuses on the development of individual performance and the improvement of structures.

Marcus draws on extensive experience in the management of major sporting events as well as his five years working in Brazil. He is the contact person between players, managers, cooperation partners and investors.

Head of Operations

Oliver Haag

Oliver has extensive experience in sports management. In the early 2000s, the graduate sports director (IST Düsseldorf) was, among other things, director of the BMW Open men’s tennis tournaments (Ludwigshafen am Rhein) and the ITF Futures Tournament FitLine Open. He later served as sports director and team director of the 2nd Bundesliga and the regional men’s tennis league.

Since 2009, Oliver has worked as a player consultant in football. At macospo, he is responsible in particular for the German market and heads the office in South West Germany.

Ambassador

Raffael

Raffael was an active professional footballer for almost 20 years and played a total of 565 competitive matches in this period. For Hertha BSC, Schalke 04 and Borussia Mönchengladbach, the model professional played 290 Bundesliga games, scoring 82 goals and 52 assists. The Brazilian, who has made Germany his home, speaks very good German and knows German and Brazilian football inside out. “Raffa”, about whom his former coach and mentor Lucien Favre once said “Raffael always plays the right way”, would like to pass on his experience to current and future professional footballers. He acts as an ambassador for macospo, and is also an ambassador for all Brazilian players who want to play in Germany.

Relationship Manager

Amadou Ly

Amadou was a professional football player in Senegal. Since the early 2000s, “Tito” lives in Berlin, Germany, and after his active career, he trained as an electrical engineer, athletic trainer and nutritionist. He himself is still in top shape and works individually with competitive athletes in football as well as basketball. “Tito” still maintains close contacts in his home country Senegal and is the contact person for players and relationship manager at macospo.

Integration Manager / Social Media

Fernanda Rito Haase

Fernanda is originally from Rio de Janeiro, studied interior design and later worked for luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Miu Miu. Apart from Rio de Janeiro, Fernanda lived in Lisbon for several years and later moved from Brazil to Berlin. She knows from her own experience what relocation and integration in another country is like, and is available to help players and their families.

Sports Psychologist

Markus Flemming

Markus was a professional ice hockey goalkeeper and has been a qualified psychologist since 2004. For many years he has been working as a sports psychologist for athletes, both professional and academy football, ice hockey, basketball and other sports. Markus is a reliable and discreet contact person, helping athletes, coaches and managers to optimize their respective performance. More information about the Markus institute can be found here.
